Women On The Move is a six-week programme set up in local community groups for women. The sessions help improve physical activity levels with a big emphasis on social engagement and getting to know other women in your community.
Programmes are mixed depending on the groups’ request and facilities available.
Just some of the activities that can be provided include:

Dance
Circuits
Yoga
Pilates
Boxercise
Self Defence
