Our Couch to 5K or ‘C25K’ programme is one of our most popular and has grown significantly in the last number of years.
The programme is suitable for complete beginners and all fitness levels as it encourages people to move from their couch, all the way to running or walking/jogging a distance of five kilometres over the duration of eight-weeks.
The Couch to 5k exercises are led by a trained instructor and every participant will be assisted by the leader in progressing their own fitness levels.
The C25K programmes normally run in the evenings and the duration is one hour.
Events are advertised on our website and social media channels and booking is via Eventbrite.
