Older Adults

Montage of older adults' programmes

Enjoying sport and being active is for people of all ages, and we love to provide courses and programmes for older adults across the county of Westmeath.

Thanks to a number of partner groups and community organisations, we are able to deliver a number of activities, initiatives and programmes targeting older adults.

Community groups, members of local Irish Countrywomen’s Associations and Active Age or retirement groups are some of the people who have enjoyed our varied six-week programmes in the last number of years.

For more information on any programme, or if you would like to host one in your area, please contact info@westmeathsports.ie.
