One of our most popular programmes each year is yoga with a a variety of different classes available.
Classes are suitable for complete beginners or those with experience, and mats will be provided, so just bring yourself and an open mind.
We can provide chair yoga, or more traditional yoga, to help you stretch, breathe and relax in peaceful and comfortable settings.
