Maroon Lakers is aimed at parents of children with disabilities who would like them to get more fit and active.

The Maroon Lakers Multi-Activity Pilot Programme is an initiative facilitated by Westmeath Sports Partnership and delivered under the Sports Inclusion Programme. The Multi-Activity Programme is implemented over four weeks, comprising of fun activities, focusing on agility, balance and coordination of participants.

The Maroon Lakers programme caters for children with a disability aged between eight and seventeen years of age. There are two different sessions available for younger and older children available.

Please note places are limited on this programme and will be offered on a first come first served basis. A minimum number of participants is required to facilitate this programme. The Sports Partnership will notify you by email if you have secured a place on the programme.

There are two separate programmes available; one for children aged 8-12 years of age, and one for teenagers between 13-17 years of age.
