A six week programme starting Thursday 19th of October
Where- Ballymore Community Centre
When- Every Thursday for 6 weeks
Time- 12:00- 13.00p.m
Open to all ability levels
The course is free as it is kindly funded and supported by Healthy Ireland and Healthy Westmeath. (participants will be required to complete a short pre and post programme questionnaire regarding their physical activity levels). Pre Questionnaire is built into registration.
