GymGirls: Introduction to the Gym

The Athlone Community Sports Hub is excited to launch GymGirls, a fun and supportive introductory programme designed to help women overcome common barriers to starting at the gym.

If you don’t know what to do or don’t want to go alone, this is for you!

This 4-week programme will introduce you to gym equipment and exercises in a friendly group setting, allowing you to meet new people and get active.

• When: Tuesdays at 12:00 PM

• Dates: 14th October – 4th November

• Cost: €20 for the 4 weeks (No gym membership needed)!
