Fuelling Your Fitness For Women In Sport

EduFIT, in partnership with Westmeath Sports Partnership are delighted to invite you to a 60-minute online evidence-based health education workshop on ‘Fuelling Your Fitness for Women in Sport’ with Ruth Kavanagh, MSc ANutr, registered associate nutritionist and health researcher.

This online masterclass will take place on Wednesday 12th March 2025 between 7-8pm (including Q&A). This masterclass will be recorded and the recording will be emailed to everyone who has signed up for the masterclass. 

This masterclass is FREE because it is funded by Westmeath Sports Partnership.

In this masterclass, you will learn about: 

  • Which types of carbohydrates, proteins and fats are optimal for sports nutrition.
  • How much of each macronutrient you typically need on your plate each mealtime.
  • The best pre- and post-workout foods (with meal examples).
  • How to implement ‘The 4 Rs’ after training.
  • Breaking down supplements: which are worth it and why?
