SUMMARY:Youths' Paddle Sports Summer Camp - Mullingar
DESCRIPTION:This camp is aimed at introducing young people aged 12-15 to paddlesports (paddleboarding and kayaking) in a supportive and fun environment. This week-long camp (5 sessions) will take place on Monday July 7th to Friday July 11th\, from 10am – 12pm each day. \n\n\n\nCost of registration is €25 (there is extremely high demand for these courses so please only register if  a participant is expected to attend  a minimum of 4 sessions). \n\n\n\nParticipants do not need to be a strong swimmer to participate in this course\, but should feel comfortable in the water with a buoyancy aid. \n\n\n\nAs there will be limited changing facilities\, please wear swimwear under clothing on arrival. Wetsuits are available to use but if you have your own you can use this. All other equipment will also be provided including paddleboards/kayaks\, buoyancy aids\, helmets\, paddles etc. Please ensure you bring old footwear to wear into water\, a towel\, a drink and sun cream if sunny. \n\n\n\nAll sessions will take place at Mullingar Harbour\, unless notified otherwise by the instructor or Westmeath Sports Partnership. All sessions are facilitated by experienced and trained instructors from Inventure Watersports. \n\n\n\nIf participant cannot attend after registration please let us know so we can offer the place to someone else.
