DESCRIPTION:The final class is on August 20 \n\n\n\nThe initial sessions of this programme will take place in Dún na Sí Amenity Park. Subsequent sessions may then take place along the Old Rail Trail Greenway but this will be confirmed with your tutor. \n\n\n\nThis programme is aimed at adults aged 50+ who are looking to get outdoors and improve or maintain their fitness and health in a welcoming\, social and supportive environment. \n\n\n\nThe sessions will involve light\, gentle walking along the greenway with the activator poles and incorporate some strength and balance exercises. \n\n\n\nAll sessions will be led by qualified\, experienced and supportive exercise professionals.
