We are really very excited for this year’s Her Outdoors Week in Westmeath as we’ve got many different activities for women to try, from calm yoga to exciting mountain biking. We have tailored our schedule this year to be inclusive for people who want to get their heartbeat up, or maybe those who just wish to enjoy the more tranquil parts of County Westmeath at a slower pace. Regardless of what people might participate in, we are encouraging mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts and all female friend groups to have fun and enjoy being outdoors.
