Mullingar Sailing Club News

” Mullingar Sailing Club celebrated a very successful sailing season with its annual “Laying-Up” dinner which was held in the Annebrook Hotel on Saturday night 12th November.  Chairman James Hackett recalled an enjoyable season which saw changes to the adult sailing course that helped to support our new members to continue to sail throughout the season.  He recounted continued great success with our junior sailing courses, and thanked all those who volunteered their time to help out.   James said there were lots of small maintenance projects carried out on the sailing club premises over the summer and thanked those who turned up to lend a hand.  Along with the invaluable help of our maintenance man David the Club is in ship-shape condition for the next sailing season.
