The workshop aims to show participants how dance can be incorporated into the weekly meetings of Active Retirement Groups as a fun and social form of activity.
On the Day : The Go For Life tutors will firstly lead the group in a warm-up and then introduce steps to a number of songs throughout the course of the day. At the end of the session participants will each receive a workbook detailing the dances learned and a CD of music.
