“Bal Gets Going” is a community health initiative for all, taking place over 6 weeks with the aim of completing a combined 10,000 hrs of physical activity and a 5K on the last day
Activities during the 6 week program include
Meet n Train : This activity will have a focus on beginners and those getting back into running. A qualified leader will set out a schedule suitable for your needs whether it be walking jogging or running.
Tai Chi : It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing
Nutrition : These workshop will help understand the principles of good nutrition and it importance in leading a healthy lifestyle.
Gym KeepFit: These Gym based sessions will work on developing your core and include circuit training based activities.
Saturday Family Fitness : These sessions will encourage entire families to exercise together .
