Milltown Table Tennis Club Notes:
Milltown Table Tennis Club received funding from Westmeath Sports Partnership for the purchase of new bats and would like to thank them for this.
Four of the clubs members are competing in the Leinster Junior competition on January 10th in Dublin and we wish them the best of luck.
Twenty three children participated in a Table Tennis Ireland participation event on December 30th in Milltown Community Centre, Rathconrath.
These events emphasise fun and participation and give players opportunities to play lots of games. There are also opportunities to umpire games.
Seven members participated in Mountrath’s challenger event on December 12th and came back with lots of new techniques to try out after a full day of table tennis. The club is open to adults and kids.
