Start/Finish Point : Harbour Bridge
1 lap , approx 6k loop
Directions
Leaving Harbour Bridge heading to Fairgreen Pedestrian Bridge take right hand turn heading past Columb Barrack on left and Tesco on right . At Ballynacargy Roundabout take right turn heading on C link with General Hospital on right . After Hospital take right onto Feeder Canal passing St Oliver Plunketts GAA on left and St Marys Sports Field on right . Arriving at hump back bridge take left passing Shamrocks GAA on left and Cusack Park on right and arrive at Dublin bridge . Enter onto Canal towpath returning to Harbour Bridge and entering onto pedestrian bridge at Fairgreen. Returning to starting point at Harbour Bridge car park

Wednesday 1st of August Walking Route
Directions
Leaving Harbour Bridge heading left towards General Hospital with Loreto College on left . Take left turn at Hospital roundabout onto C Link Road . Continue on this road passing Educate Together School and arriving at Athlone Ballymahon Roundabout . Continue over Clonmore Bridge passing Kehoe Interiors on right . At Fire Station turn left under railway bridge , opposite Railway Station entrance , enter onto Canal towpath. Continue on towpath arriving at pedestrian bridge , enter onto pedestrian bridge and continue to finish point at harbour bridge .

Wednesday 25th of July Walking Route

This is a predominantly canal side looped walk through the town centre of Mullingar . The walk is approximately 6k+ in length and starts at the harbour bridge Mullingar. We have a suggested meet up time of 7.30pm on Wednesday evenings over the summer .We will leave some copies of the walk route at the outdoor exercise machines at Harbour Bridge.
